 Introduce: In the last period, you studied structures for request and price. Today, we will study more about them. You will hear a conversation between Nga and Hoa. They are on the way to post office. Can you guess what they want?
 Let Sts listen to the tape B2.
 Sts practice the dialogue, answer question in the textbook and show out the result.
 Explain some new words.

 Ask Sts to look at B3 and introduce: You will hear a conversation between Hoa and a post office clerk but there is some unfinished information. Now you read and complete the conversation.
 Sts complete the dialogue and practice it infront of class.
